She has an extensive background in I.T. and tourism. Amy will answer all your questions. She works with groups to customize your tours and makes all reservations. In the summer she lives at Murat Camping, Dogubayazit, Turkey. <hr> <font color=darkgreen><b>Murat Camping Partners:</b></font><br> <i>Mt.Ararat</i> (business license number 623 031 7505), doing business as <i>Murat Camping Hotel and Restaurant</i> for over 20 years, is the Turkish business partner of <i>Mount Ararat Trek</i>. They get the permits and organize the support staff for each expedition. Murat ^ahin and Sayim ^ahin are brothers and owners. Because they are restaurant owners, they are able to maintain a permanent summer kitchen and dining tent, with cook, on the mountain in July and August. She handles your payment in advance. Depending on her schedule, she will greet you upon arrival. Amy is the "command control center" when you are on the mountain. Her mobile phone is always on and next to her 24/7. She is the customer satisfaction point of contact. <p> <b>Murat</b> is often on the mountain scheduling horses, overseeing the camp sites, kitchen tents, food shopping, and supervising guides and support staff as well as the American Noah's Ark search team. <p> <b>Sayim</b> is in town managing staff, scheduling, getting permits, sending food and equipment to the mountain, dispatching drivers to the airport and on tours, and meeting with the Governor's office about policies, procedures, and tourism projects. <p> Murat and Sayim speak Turkish, Kurdish, English, Farsi and a smattering of other languages. However, they do not write English. <p> Working together, Amy, Murat, and Sayim compliment each others' skills and make a great team, often managing 30 to 100 people per day on the mountain. Because of this, our motto is <i>we handle people, not money when you arrive.</i> That is why it is important that you anticipate and pay in advance for all the services that you will require. <hr> <font color=darkgreen><b>Imposters:</b></font> <p> A number of people in Dogubayazit, Turkey, have misrepresented themselves to be <i>Mount Ararat Trek</i>. Please be aware that they are not in any way part of <i>Mount Ararat Trek</i> business. They include Hakan Basboga (alias Hakan Ararat), Mehmet Ceven, and Zafer Onay. The only person who does reservations for <i>Mount Ararat Trek</i> is Amy Beam.
